Duddingston House Properties

DHP was formed in 2002 as a property trading company which focuses on the creation of added value to land or buildings through design. The company is managed by a team of multi-disciplined professionals based in Edinburgh and London.

Throughout the last 6 years since DHP’s formation it has fully tested the concept of added-value through design and earned a reputation for being both visionary yet commercially sound.

DHP’s current developments are divided into two parts - strategic city centre developments and branded ‘new concept’ developments. In addition five sectors have been identified for future concepts - budget hotels; mixed use/residential; student accommodation; automated parking; and asset value creation for banks.

New ventures are being undertaken in J.V. with land owners, end users or partners to ensure each project is underpinned by pre-let or owner/occupier end users. We believe the new sectors identified are likely to be more robust in an uncertain market.
